$2 Pizza Hut

Dearest,

A new assignment has been assigned in George class. On the other hand, I have received the result for major and I scored 37 out of 40 percent. I must say that I am proud of myself to be successful in this difficulty time with all teacher support and encouragement.

This is my highlight for today.

After Tafe, I went to VCC and manage to did an hour chanting. On the way back, I collected Pizza Hut - BBQ Bacon Mia at Ballarat Rd. It is very troublesome to wait for tram and pizza turn cold but is cheap! =/ I bought a few voucher from Living Social deal $2. The most terrible thing is you can purchase up to three vouchers only! ARGH! Every pizza save you $3. $3 x 3 = $9 x RM3 = RM27! See the differences when you compared?

Roomie was at home while I back to apartment. She's received electric bill and bising bising the bill turn up so high when she seldom at home and I am the only one so it should not cost too much. Well, I was away to Perth for two weeks and her mom was staying together with her and probably cooking costing?! I have totally no idea. I am okay with the bill because is only about $45 per month. Last time when staying alone at Unisity with AGL it cost $50 per month without using washing machine at all! So I find that is ok with Neighbourhood Energy and it save 10% everytime you pay before due date.

Have a good chat with mom & dad on Skype while having pizza. Yum!

Because of this incident happened, Becky took 2 and half hours to get back home (saw the post on fb). Well, this is very brave because the person threatened to jump which makes my eye blink. I have to clap hands for this whoever not because proud of him/her to jump but the courage to make the crowds over the railway network and no news has been reported. I wish I have that courage to jump but I can't... so many responsibilities I have to deal with =/ I know it may sound depressed somehow I just tired of my daily routines. And I still have not realized my mission and value to accomplish in this world. Damiano commented on the feedback, "lee what? you crazy girl. Becky - don't say that lee it not the answer."

I put a hard smile expression on my face when I looked at it. I have a bunch of classmates that care for me. How can I disappoint everyone? Except him. HE would NOT care anymore. I am still undergoing challenge through daimoku! I believe my sis, I believe through Gohonzon and daimoku, I can tell anything I want to HIM. Jamie once told me, "Yes Gohonzon can reach him - also youtube like sending a meditation message to someone mind to mind"

I was told by Toshi, chanting Daimoku has to be consistently, when you chant the future of fortune is building the happiness road; but if you stop, there's no further road to move on and once will be stuck again.

So appreciate all the philosophy I heard and it will be in my mind. I wish there will be a chance for me one day to stand on VCC stage and share my experience and can't wait the day to receive Gohonzon in appreciation.

XOXO

Busy Monday

Dearest,

My busy Monday started after Daniel and I went to get my vacuum cleaner from K-mart. The stupid lid does not close tightly and therefore the lid could be lifted up when one finger =.="

We took it back for exchange and open up one ... follow by two... still the same. The whole batch of it are all like that =/ Depressed me without getting my things done! And my roomie vacuum cleaner has got something wrong and the suction is not good anymore.

Got myself one duffle coat and knit dress with belt for coming winter season.
Lunch time has come, with no doubt, we went to Nhu Lan to grab Vietnamese rolls. As usual, I go for BBQ Chicken roll. It is cheap and tasty. It cost $3.80 only. Thanks to Kyra, my classmate who brought me there few times before. And I think I saw Johnson and I helped him on getting the plastic bag. =p

Going to attend chanting session @ Flagstaff Lynn's place tonight. Mom called me on Skype before heading out. It was a very good discussion with her about buddhism practice and everything. I am going to wear the lovely pink jacket given from 舅母. Somehow, I am so appreciate that I am a fortune baby and get to know this practice because at the meant time, it is my support, my energy to get myself back to a normal person in this critical hard time after all the incidents happened in the past two months.

It is never easy to move on without relying on the power of Gohonzon support. Everytime I question myself in front of Gohonzon and I feel all the karma are blowing in front of me and therefore no complaint but chant to transform to good fortune and beneficial. Time will tell....?

So glad that met a few members at Lynn's meeting. And I get to know Mel that Lucia mentioned that she is going to start her own chanting session every Thursday at Parkville. Everyone have to introduced themselves in the meeting, I guess we are all new? When it is Katrina turn, I feel so touching because I have the exactly same feeling how hard time to cope in the difficulties. She's been chanting at kaikan everyday sometime back then where she's the only one there. It is exactly what I am doing for everyday now. I shared my first time, 5 hours chanting session held last Monday with Jamie and also joined Jacaranda to polish myself and my stubbornness attitude problem.

Katrina invite me to go over her place for chanting whenever. I feel so glad that I am supported by YWD around me. Without them, I believe there is no way I can not stand till now.

My day ended with a good smile and tiredness.

Aquarium day

Dearest,

Surprisingly I woke up in the early morning to get myself prepared and visit Melbourne Aquarium! We started our tour at 10:30am and because I checked their website that myki holder get 20% off, my concession ticket price is deducted another 20% =) Everyone do not need to pay full price.

Look at these little penguins, well actually there are 2 species here. One with orange feet, another type is king penguins with black feet. There are not little at all. They are sooooooooooooo cute and adorable!

After aquarium, we went to have lunch at The Quarter, Degraves.

I ordered pasta with salmons (Penne Salmon) Yummy! $21.50

After lunch, we went to Little Cupcakes, Jane is addict to their mini cupcakes. And it is affordable to have cupcake with coffee for only $4.

Then, we walked to Rusell St where they going to Philip Island with tour meet up point located. And for myself am gonna do all the groceries shopping for whole afternoong-evening.

First of all, I went to Great Eastern to grab some maggies but there is nothing left there, and I been searching for anchovies stocks but failed to find it. I grab Brahim chicken curry sauce. Mmm, then I also grab a pack of Uncle Sun - Sup Ginseng Ayam, I wonder how it taste like cause I have not boil soup for long! Drool... Last but not least, A1 Bak Kut Teh Herbs!

Besides these,  I got a pack of Sultan Biscuits which is very popular at pasar malam where I used to buy for my supplement snack! muahaha XD Oh, and I found 100% Seaweed flavour Brown Rice Rolls. Recalling myself, first tasting at Toshi and Kyoko-san place couple weeks ago and I could not find it at Footscray several Vietnamese convenience stores. =( Not to forget to stock up my Nescafe 3 in 1 coffee sachets.

Laguna Oriental Supermarket is the second stop on my groceries shopping plan. Failed to get anchovies stocks again, they running out of stock on the shelf. Hakka Kaya Buns??? I was so tempting to eat buns! They are my favourite! It is product from Malaysia, definite safe to eat! Horlicks, another pack of Vigor 100 roll - sesame flavour and a tube of Tofu, ended my trip here.

Woolworths, my next stop to get on special up & go milk packets, Sakata rice cracker cheddar cheese flavours =p drool again... Doritos corn chips - cheese supreme! I had it at 舅母 place and I never forget how tasty it fill my stomach! haha Chocolate Sponge roll 2 for $5 nom nom nom!

Cadbury chocolates at reject shop! How can I forget that? Walked with handful stuff to Bourke St but they don't have it there. So I am thinking to go High point or not.

As there are possibility enough time to reach High point to check on their reject shop so I make up my mind to leave stuff at home before heading there.
Unfortunately, there is nothing there. Missed tram while walking out and have to wait for another 15 minutes in cold.

Without putting myself down for the rest of the night, I went to Aldi on the way back. Turkish delights is on special and I want to try it because the one at Perth was so tasty and the boss told me it was from Melbourne. And Aldi Wafer only selling at $0.59 a pack which is so cheap! Got 1 block of choclates, a pack with 5 mini choco bars, Bavarian chocolate cake for dessert and Triangles cheese spreads.

Ended up with a enriched day!

XOXO

Mesopotamia

Dearest,

I am so exciting to explore Mesopotamia event at museum today. After class finish, I rush to the station with others and join Jane and Ash after meeting bro in the city. It is an interesting exhibition which somehow related to The Wonderful of Ancient Mesopotamia objects.

I still can recall last year birthday 2011 - siblings brought me to King Tut exhibition which was amazing! Jane told that Titanic exhibition was awesome too as they create the Titanic decoration atmosphere and experience exactly how the staircase and walk through in the ship. Sweet~! Wonder why would I missed that chance?!?

After exhibition, we went to see the first ever computer. Follow by, upstairs to see how human brain function and body organs.

We stayed until 5pm where the time museum closed. And take tram to Richmond. We were suppose to get down at Ikea stop but I misunderstood that dinner came first. Feel so guilty to made them walked so far to Ikea at Victoria Garden.

Ash needs to get desk, chair and bed+bed frame for his new apartment so we browse around the store.

Finally, we go for dinner at the Victoria St where full of Vietnamese restaurants. We chosen this Thanh Nga Nine Vietnamese Restaurant & Bar.

Shot view from inside seats next to window.

Classy hard cover menu, I believe Coca-Cola did sponsored this restaurant.

Jane ordered number 170

Canh chua cá

which is Vietnamese Tamarind Sour Fish Soup Steamboat $50

For appetiser, we ordered Rice paper rolls.
Below is how it display and ready into our stomach. Yum!

Jane accidentally dropped some veges on the floor and the waiters were so frightened haha
After our lovely dinner, we were waiting tram to come under cold weather and started to talk about my past. Everything and everything all store in my memory...

We managed to go Eureka tower for a night view. Below is the view to Etihad stadium (the most bright spot, there was a footy game on that night) and Art Centre at the bottom (mini Eiffel Tower)

Flinders St Station where beautiful railway lanes light on

Can you spot the mini crown logo? That is where the casino located near Eureka Tower.

It was a wonderful night view that I been dreaming to see everynight before head to bed. How I wish I could live at top floor in the city. Even if I rich enough to own one, I don't think it is safe to do live ;p

Another day has passed quick, tomorrow I am going to join Aquarium visit with them! Weird that I not have not even visited aquarium since been here for so long. Why? I always got comments from friends that it is not interesting at all. Hmmm, we shall see tomorrow =)

Good night guys!

Wonderful Thursday

Dearest,

Got a text early morning about 9:30am that afternoon class has been cancelled. And my immediate determination was to go for chanting after morning class finish. Toshi replied my text I would be at VCC around 12:30pm.

Had a wonderful 4 hours chanting session alone. Although was boring and painful, but pray and action with no doubt is my continuous mind and body recharge.

During my last hour of chanting, I received text from Jane at 4:10pm informed me she will be around in Melbourne during weekend. Just some quick catch up text messages with siblings asking if they are free to reunion with our cousin. Brother has to attend Kendo class till 6:30pm and after that we then meet up our cousin at Melbourne Central.

Just before I catch up with them, I had quick call back home to mom to update everything happening today. And also I have got an scam email for job. Lucky I had discussion with bro. That was really frightened me because I have never thought Aussie will be in this situation.

Bro brought us to Oriental Spoon next to Melbourne Central for dinner. They just went to DFO and it is Ash birthday on Saturday! We ordered a hot pot and 2 barbeque dishes - Pork and beef. They both were so yummy!

Today is such an enrich day! =)

XOXO

Maribyrnong Meeting Wednesday night

Dearest,

What a wonderful day!? How so? Knocked my right knee while I was rushing to get myself prepare to go classes in the early morning. I wonder is that karma speedy reaction? LOL XD

Anyway, I still put myself in hurry situation to get to Charles class. We were meant to complete the balance powerpoint slides notes from last week and do assessment 2 in the class.

I slept in around 3.30am in the morning and only had one cup of coffee during breakfast and it was so surprised that I didn't take any RedBull in the afternoon. After all, I intended to head back home during break but because my knee is bruise and sore, I chose to stayed in the campus. However, I walked to the library to borrow some magazines but unfortunately VU library doesn't allow students to borrow! How crucial is that?! There are so many information on the business magazines and not everyone could afford to buy them especially poor student like me! ARGH!!! Thus, how could possible to stay in the library all day just to browse them? >.< VU library should change their policies! Maybe is a good thing if I could suggest it?

Oh well, head back to class and continue my net surfing on laptop and lunch.

Got a lovely message from Jamie, she will attend the group meeting tonight which make my day!
She is such a lovely woman and always encourage me not to give up chanting and faith.
I find it so hard to have such supports from other people in SGI because I'm uncomfortable share thoughts and problems to all people whom I don't get well known enough yet. But Jamie has been with me all the time since my problems has not started, started, and until now. The bond between us support each other by daimoku, it is totally amazing. Not all leaders or members would actually give commitment when comes to personal problems.

The Wi-Fi at uni so terrible these two days. I have to admit myself which is an excuse for leaving early. Therefore, I told Trevor so and before that, we were shown a video clip about an ambient advertisement washing machine. Please click on The sexiest ad ever made with topless woman to view the video.

Left uni around 3.15pm to get some work done and rest but eventually end up watching HK dramas. Somehow it makes me addicted when the story plot drag to high point.

When I was just about to get some sleep, Daniel called me while his on his way to James place, and finally Julia had his readings. I have that sense that whatever she wrote is so true and apparently Daniel is interested those mystery just like me. =p It is really difficult to explain how is that happen when people have that special abilities. Guess what? Daniel start teasing me again about James. sweat @_@"

Alright, shut up now and had a quick nap. I started to feel exhausted as time to wake up for dinner and go for meeting. Good time management today and caught the 7.05pm tram at Stop 64. By the time I reached Toshi place it is still early. Passing by Jamie's car I realised that I walked pass Toshi house.

Chanting started at 7.20pm, and gradually members coming in. There are two new friends couple joining Maribyrnong group today. They are from Brazil and live in Footscray! =) What a coincidence. Johnson is the guy I met from S&J meeting joins today meeting here. He shared his experience about the car accident. Toshi shared the 5 hours marathon chanting that Jamie and I breakthrough on Monday as witnesses. And I absolutely like what Toshi wife - Kyoko-san mentioned to do it consistently everday even it is 5 or 10 minutes after morning and afternoon gongkyo. With no doubt, I agreed.

I shared that everyday after class finish at 4pm I will definitely go to Kaikan and do gongkyo and chanting because it is much more focus for me to have Gohonzon in front of me than doing at home due to so many distraction and my loud volume. It is very tired to do it everyday but I am happy and willing to do it myself without any forces. This also remind me Jamie warm reminder "Fruit is ripe at right time; can't rush ripe fruit."

Self-human revolution is so important in daily life. How to apply this concept, I wonder still.
The reason why I ask myself this question because I am a very stubborn person, I will do whatever according the feeling at the time I want to. How can one have self-control? Through prayers I wish.
Sensei guidance is my daily recharge energy in everyday to-do-list. If not, I would barely survive until now through all the suffering and struggle everyday since that incident happened. =( It is difficult to explain how painful is that to cope with the situation we denied to accept and pray for happiness changes due to my stubbornness.

Meeting end at nearly 9pm. Have a quick catch up with Teo and Jamie and I walked to tram station. Jamie offered me to stay in car until tram come for safety reason but I rejected politely. And Ricardo and Marcia came and offered to send me home. Both of them are so sweet and nice. =) They are living pretty close to my apartment which is very fortunate because it is close to VCC too.

Totally exhausted since I got home. Saw a message on Skype that Simon left. Haven't catch up with him for couple of months I suppose. I shouldn't have made him worried and reply him shortly. And got a missed called from parent. So I just want to make sure they are alright and have a quick chat. Shower, laundry, sleep...

I know I am suppose to get up and dry the clothes but eventually... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! LOL

XOXO

Merchants of Cool

Dearest,

Only had a maximum 2 hours sleep for Sun-Mon because I have to finish up the major assignment to one of my subject - Evaluate International Marketing Opportunities as I was struggling to complete the Italy information for FedEx company =/

In George class we were told to watched movie about the Merchants of Cool - Hunting for cool.
Such a boring time because we were signed off around 10.30am. =.=" Oh yeah, I got back assignment 1 and manage to score 17/20! cool~

However, we were all stayed in the class to do portfolio/wasting time.

Went to Kaikan after class on 3.30pm for 40 minutes chanting. Feel great after and was incredible surprised that I wasn't feel sleepy at all with minimal sleeps in this morning.

Had a great chat with mom before she went to fetch dad. Told her how suffering I saw to that bastard bro who showing the "funny" attitude as a leader in the meeting.

I saw a post on http://dailyguidance.blogspot.com.au , such a shame to have a leader with bad attitude towards members. To me, in Buddhism, everyone is equal. "No matter how great your knowledge of Buddhist doctrines, without practice, it will be incomplete."

Cooked Maggie for dinner + egg + steamboat meats yum! burp~~~ had late shower and catch up some HK dramas as usual.

XOXO
