Unhappy

Why everything have to messed up in one time? The moment together is now shorter and shorter but why it doesn't seem to care?

Gastritis

Gastritis

Introduction:

Gastritis is an inflammation of the stomach lining. Many things can cause gastritis. Most often the cause is infection with the same bacteria -- Helicobacter pylori -- that causes stomach ulcers. An autoimmune disorder, a backup of bile into the stomach, or long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen can also cause gastritis. In some cases, the stomach lining may be "eaten away," leading to sores (peptic ulcers) in the stomach or first part of the small intestine. Gastritis can occur suddenly (acute gastritis) or gradually (chronic gastritis). In most cases, gastritis does not permanently damage the stomach lining.

Signs and Symptoms:

The most common symptoms of gastritis are stomach upset and pain. Other possible symptoms include:

  • Indigestion (dyspepsia)
  • Heartburn
  • Abdominal pain
  • Hiccups
  • Loss of appetite
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting, possibly of blood or material that looks like coffee-grounds
  • Dark stools

Causes:

Gastritis

can be caused by infection, irritation, autoimmune disorders (where the body' s immune system mistakenly attacks the stomach), or backflow of bile into the stomach (bile reflux). Gastritis can also be caused by a blood disorder called pernicious anemia.

Infections can be caused by:

  • Bacteria (usually Helicobacter pylori)
  • Virus (including herpes simplex virus)
  • Parasite
  • Fungus

A number of things can cause irritation, including:

  • Long-term use of NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) or naproxen (Aleve)
  • Alcohol use
  • Cigarette smoking
  • Chronic vomiting
  • Coffee and acidic beverages
  • Too much stomach acid (such as from stress)
  • Eating or drinking caustic or corrosive substances (such as poisons)
  • Trauma (for example, radiation treatments or having swallowed a foreign object)

Other causes for gastritis are very rare. These include:

  • Systemic disease (for example, Crohn's disease)
  • Sarcoidosis

Risk Factors:

  • Infection with H. pylori
  • Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)
  • Any condition that requires relief from chronic pain using NSAIDS, such as chronic low back pain, fibromyalgia, or arthritis
  • Alcoholism
  • Cigarette smoking
  • Older age

Diagnosis:

Several tests can be used to make a diagnosis. These include endoscopy of the stomach, where a thin tube with a light and a camera on the end is inserted down your throat to your stomach. This allows the doctor to see into your stomach and take samples (called a biopsy) from the lining if needed. The laboratory tests you may need will depend on the cause of your gastritis. A stool test may be used to check for the presence of blood, or a biopsy may be taken of the tissues of your esophagus or stomach. A breath test may detect H. pylori, or samples from your esophagus or stomach may be taken to look for this bacteria.

Prevention:

Making lifestyle changes, such as avoiding the long-term use of alcohol, NSAIDs, coffee, and drugs, may help prevent gastritis and its complications (such as a peptic ulcer). Reducing stress through relaxation techniques -- including yoga, tai chi, and meditation -- can also be helpful.

Treatment:

Treatment of gastritis depends on the cause of the problem. Some cases of gastritis may resolve by themselves over time, or be relieved when you stop drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, or taking NSAIDs. You may need to change your diet, although doctors now know that a bland diet isn' t required. If your gastritis is due to H. pylori infection, you will be given antibiotics.

Lifestyle

The treatment for gastritis that is caused by irritants is to stop using them. These include:

  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco
  • Acidic beverages such as coffee (both caffeinated and decaffeinated), carbonated beverages, and fruit juices with citric acid
  • NSAIDS, such as aspirin and ibuprofen -- switch to other pain relievers (like acetaminophen)

These steps may also help:

  • Eat a fiber-rich diet.
  • Foods containing flavonoids, like apples, celery, cranberries (including cranberry juice), onions, garlic, and tea may stop the growth of H. pylori.
  • Avoid high-fat foods. In animal studies, high-fat foods increase inflammation in the stomach lining.

Medications

If you have H. pylori, you will probably be prescribed three medications. "Triple therapy," including a proton pump inhibitor to reduce acid production and two antibiotics, is commonly used to treat H. pylori-related gastritis and ulcers. Bismuth salicylate (Pepto-Bismol) may be used instead of the second antibiotic. This drug, available over the counter, coats and soothes the stomach, protecting it from the damaging effects of acid. Two-drug regimens are currently being developed.

Some of the same drugs are used for non-H. pylori gastritis as well as for symptoms (like indigestion) due to ulcers:

Antacids -- Available over the counter, they may relieve heartburn or indigestion but will not treat an ulcer. Antacids may block medications from being absorbed and thereby decrease the medicine's effectiveness. It is recommended to take antacids at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking medications. Ask your pharmacist or doctor for more information. Antacids include:

  • Aluminum hydroxide (Amphojel, AlternaGEL)
  • Magnesium hydroxide (Phillips' Milk of Magnesia)
  • Aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide (Maalox, Mylanta)
  • Calcium carbonate (Rolaids, Titralac, Tums)
  • Sodium bicarbonate (Alka-Seltzer)

H2 blockers -- reduce gastric acid secretion. They include:

  • Cimetidine (Tagemet)
  • Ranitidine (Zantac)
  • Nizatidine (Axid)
  • Famotidine (Pepcid)

Proton-pump inhibitors -- decrease gastric acid production. They include:

  • Esomeprazole (Nexium)
  • Lansoprazole (Prevacid)
  • Omeprazole (Prilosec)
  • Pantoprazole (Protonix)
  • Rabeprazole (Aciphex)

Nutrition and Dietary Supplements

Doctors used to recommend eating bland foods with milk and only small amounts of food with each meal. Researchers now know that such a diet isn' t required to treat gastritis or ulcers.

Following these nutritional tips may help reduce symptoms:

  • Foods containing flavonoids, like apples, celery, cranberries (including cranberry juice), onions, garlic, and tea may inhibit the growth of H. pylori.
  • Eat antioxidant foods, including fruits (such as blueberries, cherries, and tomatoes), and vegetables (such as squash and bell peppers).
  • Eat foods high in B-vitamins and calcium, such as almonds, beans, whole grains (if no allergy), dark leafy greens (such as spinach and kale), and sea vegetables.
  • Avoid refined foods, such as white breads, pastas, and sugar.
  • Eat fewer red meats and more lean meats, cold-water fish, tofu (soy, if no allergy) or beans for protein.
  • Use healthy oils, such as olive oil or vegetable oil.
  • Reduce or eliminate trans-fatty acids, found in commercially baked goods such as cookies, crackers, cakes, French fries, onion rings, donuts, processed foods, and margarine.
  • Avoid beverages that may irritate the stomach lining or increase acid production including coffee (with or without caffeine), alcohol, and carbonated beverages.
  • Drink 6 - 8 glasses of filtered water daily.
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes daily, 5 days a week.
  • Identify and eliminate food allergies.

The following supplements may help with digestive health:

  • A multivitamin daily, containing the antioxidant vitamins A, C, E, the B-vitamins, and trace minerals, such as magnesium, calcium, zinc, and selenium.
  • Omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish oil, 1 - 2 capsules or 1 tablespoonful oil 2 - 3 times daily -- may help decrease inflammation. Fish oil may increase the risk of bleeding. If you take aspirin or other anticoagulants (blood-thinners), talk to your doctor before taking fish oil.
  • Probiotic supplement (containing Lactobacillus acidophilus ), 5 - 10 billion CFUs (colony forming units) a day -- Probiotics or “friendly” bacteria may help maintain a balance in the digestive system between good and harmful bacteria such as H. pylori. Probiotics may help suppress H. pylori infection and may also help reduce side effects from taking antibiotics, the treatment for an H. pylori infection. Some probiotic supplements may need to be refrigerated for best results.

Herbs

Herbs are generally a safe way to strengthen and tone the body's systems. As with any therapy, you should work with your health care provider to get your problem diagnosed before starting any treatment. You may use herbs as dried extracts (capsules, powders, teas), glycerites (glycerine extracts), or tinctures (alcohol extracts). Unless otherwise indicated, you should make teas with 1 tsp. herb per cup of hot water. Steep covered 5 - 10 minutes for leaf or flowers, and 10 - 20 minutes for roots. Drink 2 - 4 cups per day. You may use tinctures alone or in combination as noted.

  • Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon) 400 mg twice daily -- Some preliminary research suggests cranberry may inhibit H. pylori growth in the stomach.
  • Mastic (Pistacia lentiscus) standardized extract, 1,000 - 2,000 mg daily in divided dosages -- Mastic is a traditional treatment for peptic ulcers and inhibits H. pylori in test tubes. More studies are needed to see whether it works in humans.
  • DGL-licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) standardized extract, 250 - 500 mg 3 times daily, chewed either 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals -- may help protect against stomach damage from NSAIDs. Glycyrrhizin is a chemical found in licorice that causes side effects and drug interactions. DGL is deglycyrrhizinated licorice, or licorice with the glycyrrhizin removed.
  • Peppermint (Mentha piperita) standardized, enteric coated tablet, 1 tablet 2 - 3 times daily -- may help relieve symptoms of peptic ulcer. Each tablet contains 0.2 ml peppermint oil. Be sure to use the enteric coated form to avoid heartburn.

Homeopathy

Although few studies have examined the effectiveness of specific homeopathic therapies, professional homeopaths may consider the following remedies for the treatment of gastritis symptoms (such as nausea and vomiting) based on their knowledge and experience. Before prescribing a remedy, homeopaths take into account your constitution -- your physical, emotional, and psychological makeup. An experienced homeopath assesses all of these factors when determining the most appropriate treatment for you individually.

  • Pulsatilla -- for heartburn, queasiness, a bad taste in the mouth brought on by eating rich foods and fats (especially ice cream); symptoms may include vomiting partly digested food. This remedy is most appropriate for someone whose tongue is coated with a white or yellow substance.
  • Ipecacuahna -- for persistent and severe nausea, with or without vomiting and diarrhea, caused by an excess of rich or fatty foods.
  • Carbo vegetabilis -- for bloating and indigestion, especially with flatulence and fatigue.
  • Nux vomica -- for heartburn, nausea, retching without vomiting, and sour burps caused by overeating, alcohol use, or coffee drinking. This remedy is most appropriate for people who also feel irritable and sensitive to noise and light.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture may help reduce stress and improve overall digestive function.

Other Considerations:

Go back to your doctor if your symptoms do not get better or get worse. Do not ignore potentially life-threatening symptoms, such as vomiting blood or blood in your stool. Blood in the stool can be hard to see. The stools may simply look very dark, even black. Be sure to see your health care provider regularly, and call your doctor if there is any change in your symptoms.

If you are on both antibiotics and vitamin B12, take them at different times of day. Vitamin B12 interferes with antibiotic absorption.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should ask your doctor before taking any medication, including herbs.

Prognosis and Complications

Symptoms of H. pylori infection usually get better with treatment. Your doctor will likely want to see you again 4 weeks or more after stopping your drug regimen. Follow-up is very important, because the H. pylori bacteria may increase risk of stomach cancer.

Peptic ulcers may develop when stomach acid damages the lining of the stomach or the first part of the small intestine (called the duodenum). These ulcers can usually be treated with lifestyle changes and medication.

J-Card Day

Mom was nagging to me about the argues with dad this early morning. She told me the cupcakes bought at Tong kee has been throw when I was searching to have them as my breakfast. I was so mad ! Early morning all the bad news has ruined my beautiful morning. So I went upstairs with my oat milk and bang on the door.

After sometime I got down stairs and saw the note mom apologizes to me with MYR600 for me to do scope in TDMC. Mom went out and came back around 11:45am, she has cool down herself so I invited her to go Mid Valley because today is J-card day and second reason, she keep asking me whether Aunt Jennie place have the scope test or not. Quickly, she finished up her lunch and we left the house with umbrella and wait for the bus in the station. After 15 minutes later, the bus came.

First thing to do after we have arrived is buy biscuits and water in Jusco in case for my stomachache to take medicine. Apparently, there are so many people in Jusco because J-Card Day. Next, we head to Jusco Ground Floor and start to search for the bargain items. Mom couldn't found any nice shoe for herself. Then, we went to the bra section. It was my real first time was attended by the promoter and from her experience, I learn wearing my very first correct bra. It's really great experience for me because I have never taught to wear correct way by my mom. There are nothing to be shy about this :) However, mom was very annoying because she waited very long outside. And the cost of the bra is not cheap! MYR100+ per piece is definite not something we affordable to buy. Currently, they having another different color with limited stock available. MYR130 for two and for the beige color that only left one available, so I have to replace another another piece with laces and to support my back. Due to my body shape is too thin so I need to wear something to support my back to prevent hunchback getting worse. You see, it is such a great knowledge for a female to have their bra wearing properly. It will be very important for your whole life unless you are worsen than "agua" haha

I also bought two long sleeves shirt to bring over to Melbourne for cold weather wears. After that, I need to collect the 20Ringgit voucher in front of the entrance. I'm very thankful that my mom is there with me. We went to iHeal Medical Center, Aunt Jennie place after shopping. Unfortunately, she has went to Macau with uncle Paul for holiday until tomorrow she will only be back to office. So, I asked the receptionist about the iHeal Friends program for MYR10 joining fees. Then, mom was only attended by another colleague. The MYR10 is only left for these two month because is for this year. By next year, we need to pay 100 and only deductible by asking more friends to join and must use the CT Scan service. Mom thought it was not worthy because we have to pay 100 for joining fees starting next year. The scope charges here is really expensive! MYR1900 for both upper and lower and 800 for lower part only. =.= TDMC only cost MYR600!

We decided to have tea-break around 3:30pm at Toast box. Mom ordered a set and we shared it together. We have some small talk and go to Robinson for a look. She bought a plastic case for placing all the cutlery in new kitchen cabinet drawer. It sticker showed that was made from Italy don't know whether is true or not.

Gastric getting serious and there are needs to go hospital to seek doctor. Mom fetch dad from LRT station and drive me straightaway to TDMC. I need to go for out-patient department to register and nurse check my blood pressure and body temperature before consult by the doctor. The Indian doctor then see and check my stomach area. I can hear it sounds a lot of wind inside and the thing keep annoy me is PAIN! Butterfly in stomach usually describe on people who feeling nervous. But for me, I felt like a bee sting inside my stomach wall everywhere... T_T

I explained that my problem occur since last month so I takes meal more regularly but less portion because I couldn't finish it. The doctor eye tells me that she's unbelievable =( I have these serious pain in last midnight that caused me awake, so how possible that I don't eat anything that might cause sharp pain again? Finally, I also asked for appointment with specialist to do scope for tomorrow, Dr.Tan. She wrote me an recommendation letter and made appointment at the admin department to register again. This time they charged me MYR104.30 for consultation, procedure, medicine and also admin fee. It is not very costly compare to private clinic in OUG but the injection cause my backside pain. I will have to fast starting 11pm until tomorrow that I finish the scope. I feel satisfied after the injection, my stomachache stopped. Mom finally saw me laughing and joking around and not worrying about me now.

Meet Ed and we went to sweet deli near Maybank to have a small talk. Before that, I called Maxis and report the problem about internet usage. Final report was made and need to call back on Saturday to check the result because they have to send to financial department to work it out. They charged 600,000kb but in total they free 1.5GB usage for me and 600,000kb not even reach 1GB but only 0.6GB =.= so how could they charge me and want me to pay extra 200 out of 3000? Insane !

Luxury Shopping Day

Mid Valley so jam when I got there with Ruo Sheng. After finish school, he tend to go shopping with me at there. He only left RM10 on his pocket, pity him so I decided to treat him lunch at food court there. He need to wait for 3 months to get the first time salary from the government. =.= As November the financial department usually done the submitted the payment to the government for the January payment >.<
Back to my shopping day happening, I bought this Jurlique for mom actually. I hope she likes it when I give to her later. Or maybe we could share and use it balancing. This brand is very popular in Australia because it is made in Australia and made with natural ingredients product. You can see this cosmetic shop everywhere wherever you goes. This is the one I mentioned on last Saturday the promoter given mom a trial on it on one of her hand. The result is instant and very good. You can get good price in Australia when they having sale. However, in Malaysia this brand is consider very expensive and not so popular. There are only limited stores in Malaysia as I know.

Daily Exfoliating Cream

SKU:9100900

A daily non-granular exfoliating cream, rich in oats, almonds and honey to loosen and lift away dead skin cells. Leaves the skin deeply cleansed, smooth and radiant.

Sizes: 125ml/4.3 oz and 40ml /1.4 oz.

My review is this product works very well on my mother skin and mine. It doesn't dry off your skin and it keep the moisture lock inside your skin after your foam wash. The exofoliate cream actually name as scrubber that remove your dead skin cells and can be use daily because it won't rough off your skin. It is organic and have a fragrance nice smell.

Next, I had moved to MPH to search one of these books. The Summer Kitchen by Karen Weinreb which is true story. I read this article from Women Weekly January 2010 version. The story is about the lady was in a wonderful happy family with no financial problem and then until one day her husband was jailed and he was a banker. She had an official website which can be visited at HERE. This book cost RM95.50 and I only pay for RM85.50 because I have RM5x2 voucher that I bought my sisters book last time given by CIMB-MPH with purchase of RM100 and above. I was served by a malay girl name Siti who asked me to fill in a review form for customer service. First time hearing that they have this process too.

After that, I went back to the car because I forgotten to take the Aeon statement that I need to pay inside of Jusco. I went to Clinique counter to redeem the freebies for Youth Surge 7ml sample. Unfortunately, the promoter told me that they had finished given out the 7ml sample pack and only left 1ml. =( But she suggest can try to redeem at One Utama or Pavilion as soon as possible as they are running out of stock from Mid Valley. Without disappointed my mood of purchasing, I go to Laneige counter and grab this Multi Cleanser.

Multi Cleanser (RP:RM80)
[180ml] For all skin types

Product Benefits
This is a 3-in-1 Multi Cleanser that functions not only to remove makeup effectively but also as a scrub and foam cleanser. It contains 100 micro cellulose beads particles which help to thoroughly remove makeup residues. The Multi Cleanser can also be used to remove lip and eye makeup. This cleanser suits all skin types and is especially suitable for women who need a speedy all in one cleanser and remover

Usage

  • Squeeze out around 2cm and gently massage over wet face.
  • Can be used for removing heavy point makeup on lip & eye area. When used daily, it removes skin impurities in the pores and makes the skin look brighter.
My review is it cleans your skin deeply as you can hear the when you finish washing the dish with zip zip sound. It sounds that after I had used it! As it written above there, this cleanser came with 3 different functions which I think can save some money from buying make up remover, cleanser and also scrubber which come in three! Thus it could be use as eye and lip make up remover too and count that for four! Laneige product are totally affordable and attractive packaging. This promoter is not good in servicing and I never seen her before. She asked whether I need a bag to store or not?! >.<

Ruo Sheng thrown me to Cartoon City and left. I not needed to ride a bus and wasted time to wait for a bus. Today definitely a busy road day in Federal highway whether to Klang or KL are same.

Night, Ed wanted to go Citibank for payment. So we decided to go to Ikano Power Centre area to have a walk. We had dinner inside the Ikea foodstall with delicious Sweeden meatballs and Daim's cake plus an egg tart and cost RM18.80 included with refillable softdrink.

I hope that I could find out this book in Popular so I am seeking for the service desk in Popular. Oh my god, that malay lady showed me a long black face. Unlike the one who served me while in MPH this afternoon. She want me to write a review of her customer service and I very satisfy and happy with her service. If this one sure I tick all worst of the box as what I did on Air Asia survey while in flight. She still showed me the way where the book is located at and I still thank her although I am not sincerely to. It selling at RM21.95. I found this book review from MPH actually but they have out of stock so I try my luck on Popular bookstore. The story is about Air Hostess and I collected most of the stories books about flight attendant lifestyle. I haven't read through it yet but I found it very interesting compared those I had bought previously. The author kinda rude but the reality is a real fact happening in life.

When we done purchasing in Popular, our next stop is ALL IT computer store. I wanted to have one of this Memory Stick Pro Duo 8GB for my Sony Digital Camera. I had surveyed at Sony Centre's at Ground floor and they selling RM199 for this and run out of stock as well. I was suppose to buy one in Mid Valley this afternoon but luckily I didn't because San Disk are more cheaper compare to branded Sony. San Disk price is RM119 and I can buy two of it with their new launch 16GB product. Oh yes, they having a funny promotion. Maybe it doesn't sound funny at all but I think is funny. They had started not charging the percentage when swipe with credit cards but minimum to use credit card is RM50 above. There is free parking for purchases above RM100 and when the cashier asked me about the parking ticket I gave it to her and she recorded everything and give me RM1 from the cash drawer. I thought they might have a machine like Ikea swipe it and give back the parking ticket. I laugh when it happening on me. I pay credit card and I get cash back for parking ticket?! XD It's not logical at all if ending the sale of the day it might be mess up with the total sale cash you have received. For Ed points, he think that it is logic because the company never have a bad deal with customers. It earns more than 20%-30% from each product. And I had told that I will come back again to purchase items if necessary compared with Low Yat parking expenses and credit card charges which is not worthy. In this point of view, Ed said that the company will very happy if they heard this because the competitive will gain higher for this company in this location. There's another computer stores in Cineleisure. Nowadays, I seldom go there because we didn't watch any movies the Cineplex's anymore since I had GSC card to get cheaper movie tickets and snacks. Now I realised that company always have competitor and depend on who have more money to survive from the beginning until last and smooth cash flow to support their daily income and expenses. If nobody gonna buy their products due to various of reason the business no longer can survive in this area anymore.

IELTS speaking test tomorrow. And now is 1.01am of 28.1.2010. Very nervous and unable to sleep well.

Complicated mood

Woke up by alarm at 8:30am but get up from bed at 9:30am automatically exactly. Mom is not around and I need to go to bank-in cheque. When she is back the time already 10am and I asked whether she had went out to the market yet. She wanting to go again to the bank with me. I took some ang pao packets in front of the counter next to me. I know mom would like to have some of it. She said this year ang pao packs doesn't look nice as usual. Hong Leong bank only given 5 inside per pack. So stingy ~_~

Mom bought me new hair clip and also another pack of the hair paste. RM5 for two items, RM3 for one item. The most right side only RM2 bought from 29 road market at the back of my house.

3:40pm went to Cartoon City and play facebook awhile and practice IELTS reading module. Boring reading at the long story statement and not quite understand the difficult of the English language. I think I will totally unable achieve the points band 5.5 =( Hopefully I can go to some lesson before I re-sit for the exam soon.

Argue while on the to Mid Valley again. Small gas tong. >.< I was suppose to pay my bill at Jusco but ended up without happened.

Went to Kuchai Lama eat all day breakfast set. With barley ice to wet my dry throat is cool. I don't want to step back the unhappy scenario again.

Giant @ Kota Damansara

Dad told me to email the expert about the migration taking PR to Australia. Sister mentioned that siblings above 18 years old need to apply PR independent without sponsoring. New rules from the immigration? I don't think so! So I have to check with the expert after I finished my IELTS later this week.

12pm going to Giant Kota Damansara. Normal shopping and nothing special. Later that playing Mahjong on facebook until dinner. Unhappy dinner because I only manage to take one kind of food and finish it hurry up. I always dislike to eat alone in the table! Angry!

Finish the Lay's Chips and Rocky biscuits bought at Giant just now to fill my stomach! ARGH!

Took these pictures for fun... FaFa, SoSo, TiTi

Pavilion

With Mom together we went to KL shopping again. This time, we arrived earlier than last week. My dad is like rushing to office so we have more time to spent in morning hours. We finished our breakfast at around 8:30am. We also walked around the Imbi market before we leave. Mom bought me some small little seedless grapes from my friend Weng Soon fruits stall. It cost about RM3.38 but he count me on RM3.00~! Then we went to Imbi Kaikan as is too early to walk in shopping centre and they are not open yet. We chant for about 40 minutes and we left the kaikan. I appreciate Gohonzon give me the strength to maintain my daily life and provide the intelligent for me to answer to IELTS questions and achieve the scores. I also pray for my parent to have a good healthy health and dad would secured with his current job as he wish. Sister will marry in harmony, warm, nice weather in her wedding party in KL. Brother will have a girlfriend as soon as possible.

Then me and mom pass by the Pavilion and Lot 10 to go Sg Wang. But we stopped by Lot 10 food court and have a look around. Mom want to have lunch at here later as it is recommended by 蔡澜 a famous author in Taiwan. 十号胡同 is the theme or name for the food court place. There are variety of foods to choose but most of all are pork-free, so I don't think I will see any Malays eating there. We hang around at Isetan and seen some of clothes. I like one of the Hush puppies clothe cause it give me a feel that the clothe bring me have a cheerful youth appearance. Mom said she have Parkson voucher so lets go to Sg Wang to check whether they have it or not. And then, we couldn't find any from there so we quickly moved back to Lot 10 and purchase it.

This the shirt I mentioned and cost RM79.90 with 70% discount.

Thus, I wanted to get the Ettusais Skin Version Up Extra cosmetic. It cost RM72 for 80ml and refill price are cheaper than this.
My review: Actually it is a serum to soften and smoother your skin texture. You can see the instant result when the promoter is applying trial on your both hands. You have to apply this before toner.

AC-Skincare Version Up

Before you decide to slap on any of the good stuff, prime your skin with this.

How it Works:
Soften your skin's surface layer, with this softener. It will penetrate rapidly into the skin after washing your face, optimizing your skin's natural moisture absorption strength so that it absorbs all the goodness of your moisturizer. Prevents pimples as it keeps the skin dewy fresh.

After I had paid, the promoter named Winnie gave me this skin care advice sheet with few samples and not stingy on their sample gives away.
This is how the leaflet looks like...
White serum Dual Effect apply for morning and night with a proper amount. Apply on your fingertip and lightly rub into trouble spots. She gave me x2 packs.
Medicated acne clear spots superior apply for Morning, daytime, and night with a proper amount. Apply a small amount to a fingertip and lightly rub into areas where acne is forming. May also use over the make-up. She gave me x2 packs. Eye zone Massaging Essence x1 pack. Apply after lotion, take up one push of a dispenser onto a fingertip to apply to the areas around eyes and to blend with skin by gently massaging it. Eye zone tinted color essence x1 pack. After base make-up, spread thinly over concerned area by using brush tip and lightly smooth it with a fingertip.

Lastly, Medicated acne whitening UV EX (Oil Block) SPF 24.PA++ x2 packs. I have bought this one before and it is a great make-up base to use for.
After I had done purchasing, we went to Pavilion. Took some of the Chinese New Year decorations in front of Pavilion and mom look gorgeous on it!

Mom love the flowers!

Parkson Pavilion selling clothes as low as RM19.90 do you believe that? I don't until I seen in real! However, this clothe below I bought is cost RM24.50. I love the cute chubby cartoon on it. Although it may look childish on me but I still believe I am youth and sporting!

Mom decided to buy the Lipton milk tea so that can have a chance to participate winning prize like umbrella (she wanted the most), cup and two packs of Liptop tea bags. The promoter keep persuading her to buy and try the luck. She stand there for awhile and think while the promoter with another one's are actually arranging the card pictures to pick on the board itself. Mom saw the special picture on certain area that the promoter trying to put on. And guess what? Mom picked the umbrella one and the promoter tell her :"Wah aunty, you really very good in luck." =.=" Mom actually wicked one! haha just that they don't know. I keep playing fool my mom by telling, Wah aunty you really hou hou choi ar!!! =p However, the yellowish umbrella not suitable to use under hot sun because the yellow color actually making your eye more painful against the sunshine on the road. We used it while we walk back to Lot 10 food court to have our lunch.

Mom ordered wan tan mee cha siew curry double mee. Mom ate one and half mee =p My tooth still not used to it with my mouth yet. It charge RM9.30 which I think is very expensive. The curry is too spicy for me and I trusted my kampung wan tan mee is more delicious than this one but in KL so far so good if you are not ignoring not delicious food.

After we finished the food, we walked to the Imbi road we used to wait dad there. Bought newspapers from 7-11. Big news: Johor Sultan had passed away in his age of 78 on coming April. As we keep on walking, we saw the car parking beside that restaurant and assume dad is having his lunch there. Dad don't want to eat the pork meat but mom and me feel very full and my tooth is one kind of problem of biting so dad forced to eat them all. Mom suggest him to order only sausage next time. Mom and me are reading newspapers while dad having his meal. So I am looking job at the classified section.

I dislike to ride on dad car's when he drive. He always drive like youngsters which is very dangerous and annoying. I am so fierce to die on the road even though seat belt is on but dad used to drive at the middle between two lanes. Mom have the same feel as how I felt. >.<

Received Pet Pet Certificate at OUG Pets more shop. Have dinner at Puchong Bandar Puteri 甜在心 to have my favourite cabonara spaghetti. =)
